Shane is a Brooklyn-based director and cinematographer.
Born and raised in Iowa, he has worked extensively in feature films and documentaries and collaborated with directors Bruce Weber, Cass Bird, John Walter, Michael Moore and Chiemi Karasawa, Pamela Hanson, Fabien Baron, Chiara Clemente, Roman Coppola, Jake Sumner, Crystal Moselle, Molly Shiot, and Noe DeWitt. His commercial clients include Chanel, Ralph Lauren, Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Vogue, Gucci, Fendi, Vice, Levi’s, IBM, Pringle of Scotland, Johnson & Johnson, Warby Parker, Kate Spade, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Calvin Klein, Planned Parenthood, The New York Times. He is a member of the International Cinematographers Guild, Local 600 NY.
